Zenith Bank customers lament over unending poor services on mobile banking app

Zenith Bank customers have expressed displeasure over unending poor mobile banking services provided by the bank in the country.

Zenith Bank mobile banking services have gone from bad to worse in 2022.

Ataguba Aboje in a tweet said: “@ZenithBank your mobile banking app is a nightmare. Constant login failures. It’s unbelievable.”

Oba of Pout Harcourt said: “Dear @ZenithBank , you need to employ new tech guyz. The level of network failure in Zenith Bank in the last one year is really terrible.. A friend of mine lost a business deal of over N66million because of delay in transaction as a result of network failure. Please do better.”

The bank has continued to win best bank of the year awards in the country without any visible improvement in its services.
