Mountains Energy Solutions Ltd has officially inaugurated its new office in Lagos, with Managing Director and CEO, Eng. Olusegun Okedoye, emphasizing the need for a supportive business environment to harness Nigeria’s abundant talent.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Eng. Okedoye praised the high caliber of professionals in the country and urged the government to create policies that enable businesses and skilled individuals to thrive.
“Nigerians excel globally, yet many skilled professionals within the country are underutilized,” he said. “We need to provide the right opportunities and environment for them to succeed.”
With over 23 years of hands-on experience in Nigeria’s oil and gas industry, Eng. Okedoye leads Mountains Energy Solutions, an independent, wholly Nigerian engineering consultancy. The company specializes in serving clients across the energy, power, oil and gas production, gas processing, and oil refining sectors.

Calling on the government to create an enabling business environment, he highlighted the negative impact of multiple taxation and other regulatory challenges on business sustainability.
